Dear Clients:

Please keep in mind that our office deadline is March 23, 2020 to guarantee that we can get your taxes out before the IRS deadline of April 15th. We will start automatically filing extensions on March 24, 2020. If your accountant or our front office staff have reached out to you regarding missing tax documents, you will need to get those into us by March 23rd to refrain from having to file an extension.

Effectively immediately our Nederland office hours will change to Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, we will no longer be open on Saturday’s.
Starting April 1st, we will go to our summer hours in Nederland which are Monday- Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus guidelines and recommendations from the CDC and public health department. We will remain open until further notice but respectfully ask that if you are not feeling well, to please cancel your appointments or keep from coming in. The health and safety of our staff and clients remains our top priority! As always, we will continue to sanitize and clean our office so that we can remain open and provide service to our clients.

If you chose not to enter the office, we have a drop box to the right of the front door. You are welcome to call 409-727-3877 to provide an email. The front office can email you a tax packet, that must be filled out and dropped off along with your tax documents. We ask that you place all documents into an envelope labeled with your name and phone number on it.

We will keep all our clients updated on the Payroll tax cuts and IRS deadlines. But as of now nothing has been passed through Congress.
